Avocado

It is hard not to love avocado. In addition to being healthy and so delicious, it is one of the most versatile ingredients and very easy to incorporate in pretty much any meal. It can be used in smoothies, salads, breakfast or lunch bowls, put on a toast, added to a sandwich, in making desserts (yes, avocado ice cream!), as a main ingredient in a healthy dip, you name it! It also adds a pop of beautiful color and makes your plate more appetizing.

Fats – monounsaturated and polyunsaturated fats, found in avocados, have been linked to lower levels of bad (LDL) cholesterol.
